The Decomposer is designed for uncooked KW digestion. The KW is firstly subjected to oil and water separation and crushing, then the treated KW with the addition of GDB-FW103 is put into a KW processor chamber with moisture adjusted to 60%. The digesting KW is kept at 50℃ for 3 hours, followed by 80℃ high-temperature drying sterilization for 3 hours. The produced bio-materials can be used as the soil conditioner or further subjected to second fermentation to make organic fertilizer.
